Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply for purchases over the Internet:

Shipping
All orders will be shipped Ex Works Hørsholm according to Incoterms 2000. For export orders a flat rate of EURO 35,00/USD 40,00/GBP 30,00 to cover shipping costs will be added to the order.

 

We ship all goods by recorded delivery, which makes it possible to track the package. Upon receipt, please check the package contents. Is the package or its content damaged, please report it to the transport company as soon as possible and no later than two days after receipt.


Delivery
Orders received before 2:00 pm are usually shipped the same day.


Payment
ICM accept payment by VISA, MASTERCAR/EUROCARD and prepayment. Payment will only be drawn on your account once order is shipped.

ICM encrypts all credit card information with SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer).


Prices
All goods are in free circulation within the EU and prices quoted are excl. VAT and local taxes where applicable, except where otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.


Returns / Cancellation
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from ICM, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a courier or ship by Recorded Delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Please include the delivery note which contains the order number and account details and complete the reverse of the form to indicate the action you wish to be taken with your return.

Goods returned to the ICM by freight collect will be refused.

 

Claims
All goods come with a 12 month guarantee. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:

For purchases under 12 month old please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault,  order number, and your daytime contact number. We will contact the relevant

manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace or return the item to us if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault.
